30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at our contact page. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
